What is secondary level authentication?
Secondary level authentication is a 'landing' web page shown to a user before they gain more-broad access to URL or http-based Internet services. An example of this is when a user attempts to join a free Wi-Fi network at the airport. Before gaining access, the user is redirected to a web page which may require authentication, payment, acceptance of policies or other valid credentials.
What is a 2.4GHz network?
Wi-Fi routers most commonly run on a 2.4GHz frequency. Dual band routers also provide a supplementary 5GHz network. If using a dual band Wi-Fi router, be sure to join your Office Bud-e to the 2.4GHz network.
How do I join my Office Bud-e to Wi-Fi?
To join your Office Bud-e to Wi-Fi, you must download the Office Bud-e App from the Google Play or iTunes Store. Follow the steps in the App to join.
Why is my Office Bud-e Fridge not joining the Wi-Fi?
Before launching the Office Bud-e App, set your smartphone's screen brightness to maximum. Your phone must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network you wish your Office Bud-e to join. These features can both be found in the Settings menu of your iPhoneTM or AndroidTM device. If you have a case on your smartphone consider taking it off to ensure maximum light is being transmitted from your phone.
You must enter your Wi-Fi network and password correctly in the App. The password is case sensitive. Make sure your smartphone's screen is in direct contact with the sensor on the fridge display.
How do I check to see if my WI-FI is working on my phone?
Go to the Wi-Fi settings on your smartphone and check you are connected to the correct Wi-Fi network. In step 1 of 4 in the Office Bud-e App (Wi-Fi Settings) your network should automatically show up in the list of networks.
You still need to re-enter the network password even if your phone is already connected to that network.
What happens if my Office Bud-e gets disconnected?
You will receive an email notification alerting you that your Office Bud-e has been disconnected. Step 1 is to check your Wi-Fi router to ensure your office Wi-Fi is still active. If the Wi-Fi is still active you will need to use the Office Bud-e App to re-join your fridge. Open the App (or re-download the App if you have deleted it from your smartphone) and follow the steps to join your Office Bud-e. Be sure to sign into the App with the same email address as used in your Office Bud-e account.
How do I connect my Office Bud-e to a different Wi-Fi network?
To change the network your Office Bud-e is connected to, simply open the Office Bud-e app and re-connect using the new Wi-Fi network and password. Be sure to sign into the App with the same email address as used in your Office Bud-e account.
After I have connected my Office Bud-e to Wi-Fi, can I delete the App?
The Office Bud-e App is used solely to connect your Office Bud-e to the internet (you will use the web portal to place orders and manage stock) and so you may consider deleting the App. Just consider that if at any point your Office Bud-e gets disconnected from the Internet, you will need to re-download the App and follow the steps to join Office Bud-e to Wi-Fi.
Wi-Fi light sensor
What do the different colors in the light on the Wi-Fi light sensor mean?
The Wi-Fi light sensor on your fridge display uses different colors to let you know what the fridge is doing.
If your Wi-Fi light sensor has a flashing red light, you are not connected to a Wi-Fi network. In this case Office Bud-e will not know your stock count, and will therefore not send "Restock" notifications. You will have received an email notification alerting you of this, and you will need to re-connect your Office Bud-e using the App.
If your Wi-Fi light sensor is flashing red and orange, that means your device is trying to connect to a Wi-Fi network. While this is happening you will not receive updates from your fridge.
If your Wi-Fi light sensor has a flashing green light, your device is connected to Wi-Fi. In this case you should see real-time stock levels in your web portal and be receiving "Restock" notifications for low stock.
If your Wi-Fi light sensor has a solid green light, your Office Bud-e Fridge is running a firmware upgrade. In this case, do not turn your device off. Leave it for five minutes before attempting to reprogram your device by going through the set up.
After joining Office Bud-e to Wi-Fi, the Wi-Fi light sensor will stop blinking. If you are ever unsure of whether or not your Office Bud-e is connected to Wi-Fi you can check on your user dashboard.
How do I change my profile details?
To change your fridge details (fridge label, full name, business name and contact number) go into your dashboard and use the drop down menu to select My Account. You must edit your delivery details through your delivery partners website.
How do I invite co-workers to share the account for Office Bud-e?
Once you have successfully connected your Office Bud-e Fridge to Wi-Fi, you can invite one colleague to join. They will have full access to manage and re-order stock.
To invite a colleague to share your account, go to My Account from the dropdown menu in your dashboard. Enter their email address in the “Back-up user” field and they will be sent an email with a password.

If you and your workplace no longer wish to use Office Bud-e, please call Customer Service (1-855-283-7331) and they will arrange pick-up of your Office Bud-e and walk you through how to close your account.
Where can I find past order details?

Ordering & Delivery
Do I have to fill my whole fridge the first time I am ordering beer?
No you do not. The first time you are ordering beer for your Office Bud-e, you need to select a brand for at least one shelf in order to activate your account.
Why do I have to select one brand per shelf?
Office Bud-e needs to know which brand is on which shelf to make sure your "Restock" orders are correct.
If, for example, you select Budweiser for Shelf 1, and decide to put some Bud Light on that shelf, when your shelf stock falls below 12, Office Bud-e will notify you that you have run out of Budweiser and will suggest a "Restock".
Can I order more than is suggested in my 'Restock' notification?
Yes! Office Bud-e will make "Restock" recommendations to ensure you are completely full, but if you wish to order more than the "Restock" you are welcome to add increments of 24 to your order of brands that you already have in your fridge. Simply sign in to your portal to edit the order.
Can I buy beers and re-stock the fridge not using the web portal?
No. Office Bud-e needs to know what you have ordered to ensure correct "Restock" notifications. If you add a new brand, or a different size (i.e. bottles instead of cans), Office Bud-e will not know what stock is on your shelves.
Can I buy 6 or 12 packs?
No. Office Bud-e only orders in increments of 24.
Why can't I select the delivery service I want to use?
Office Bud-e automatically selects the delivery service and store that is optimized for your office location.
When will I receive 'Restock' notifications?
If you are in need of a "Restock", Office Bud-e will send these messages first thing in the morning to make sure your Office Bud-e is always well stocked.
Why did Office Bud-e send me an "Office Bud-e Plan"?
Office Bud-e wants to make managing your fridge as easy as possible! A plan was sent to you after your order to remind you (and your colleagues) which brands should go on which shelves. Feel free to send the plan around or print it out and stick it in visible location so your co-workers always fill Office Bud-e according to plan.
Why do I have to select one brand per shelf?
Office Bud-e needs to know which brands are on each shelf to ensure the correct brands are re-ordered for you! If you put more than one brand on a shelf, Office Bud-e will automatically suggest "Restocking" with whichever brand is selected on that shelf in your account.
What if Office Bud-e was not loaded as per the "Office Bud-e Plan"?
It’s very important that the shelves in your Office Bud-e match the plan in your user dashboard so Office Bud-e can send you correct “Restock” notifications. If someone else has loaded Office Bud-e and it is not according to plan, we recommend removing all stock (or, better yet, make them remove it!) and re-load according to plan. A great way to prevent this from happening is to educate your co-workers on how Office Bud-e should be loaded, or even sending around the shelf plan.
Why aren't I receiving "Restock" notifications?
If you have stopped receiving notifications, but your Office Bud-e is low on stock, your Office Bud-e has likely disconnected from Wi-Fi. See “What happens if my Office Bud-e gets disconnected?” for more information.
My web portal stock count isn't changing, even though I've removed beers. What gives?
If you are removing beer, but the stock count on your display remains unchanged, your Office Bud-e has likely disconnected from Wi-Fi. See “What happens if my Office Bud-e gets disconnected?” for more information.
Why is my fridge display not working?
If nothing is shown on your fridge display but the fridge is on and the green Wi-Fi sensor light is on, the fridge could be doing a software update. Leave fridge for 15 minutes after powering it on and check to see if update has been completed.
Why are the beers still too warm in my fridge?
Frequent door openings will slow the cooling process of your Office Bud-e Fridge. Check that the gaskets of your fridge are clean and create a proper seal.
Why is there water accumulating in my fridge?
Moisture building up on the interior or exterior of the refrigerator is normal during high temperature or humidity periods. Make sure the door is correctly closed, the door seal is clean and that the fridge is level.
Why is the fridge beeping at me?
Make sure the door is closed properly.
